I just ran out of gas on the highway. What should I do?

First, prioritize your safety: pull over to the shoulder as far as possible, turn on your hazard lights, and stay inside your vehicle. Then, call us immediately. We treat highway fuel calls as emergencies and will dispatch a driver with a jerry can of fuel to your location ASAP.

How much gas do you deliver? Is it enough to fill my tank?

We typically deliver 10 to 20 liters of fuel. This is designed to be enough to get your vehicle started and drive safely to the nearest gas station to fill up completely. If you require a specific amount (e.g., for a larger truck), please let dispatch know.

Do you deliver diesel fuel for trucks and pickups?

Yes, we deliver both Regular Unleaded (87 Octane) and Diesel. When you call, please specify that you need diesel so our driver brings the correct yellow jerry can to avoid any fuel mix-ups.

Can you fill up my commercial truck or construction equipment?

We can provide emergency top-ups for commercial vehicles to get them moving. For heavy equipment (like generators or Bobcats) stranded on a job site, we can deliver emergency fuel, though volume limits may apply based on our truck's capacity.

Is fuel delivery expensive?

The cost is split into two parts: a service fee for the driver to come to you, and the cost of the fuel itself (charged at current pump rates). It is significantly cheaper and faster than calling a tow truck to tow your car to a gas station.

What if my car won’t start after you put gas in?

Sometimes air gets trapped in the fuel lines after running completely dry. Our technicians can help prime the fuel system (if accessible) or attempt to boost your battery if it died from cranking the engine. If the car still won't start, we can tow you to a mechanic immediately.

Do you carry Premium (91/93/94) gas?

Our standard delivery trucks carry Regular (87) and Diesel. If your high-performance vehicle strictly requires Premium fuel, please inform the dispatcher. We can stop at a station on the way to purchase Premium specifically for you.

Can I schedule a fuel delivery for a later time?

While our service is primarily for roadside emergencies (on-demand), we can accommodate scheduled deliveries for unique situations, such as a vehicle that has been sitting in a driveway for months and needs fresh fuel to start.

Do you deliver DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid)?

We do not carry DEF as standard stock, but if you are in a "limp mode" situation because your truck ran out of DEF, let our dispatcher know. We can purchase a jug on the way to your location for an additional fee.

How long will it take for fuel to arrive?

In the GTA, our average arrival time is 30 to 45 minutes. Fuel delivery is often faster than towing because any of our service vehicles (not just big tow trucks) can handle the job, allowing us to dispatch the closest available unit to you.
