What is the difference between "Roadside Tire Assistance" and "Mobile Tire Service"?

"Roadside Assistance" usually refers to putting on your spare tire in an emergency. "Mobile Tire Service" is a full shop on wheels—we can mount, balance, and install a brand new (or used) tire on your rim, swap your seasonal winter/summer tires, and fix flats permanently, all at your driveway or workplace.

Do you sell tires, or do I have to buy them somewhere else first?

We sell them! We stock a wide inventory of new and high-quality used tires. When you call, just tell us your tire size (e.g., 205/55R16), and we can bring the replacement tire directly to you and install it. No need to visit a shop.

Can you repair a flat tire, or does it need to be replaced?

It depends on the damage. If the puncture is in the tread area (the part that touches the road) and is less than 1/4 inch in diameter, we can usually patch and plug it safely. If the damage is on the sidewall or the tire is shredded, it must be replaced for safety reasons.

Are used tires safe to buy?

Yes, because we inspect them rigorously. Every used tire we sell is pressure-tested and inspected for uneven wear, dry rot, or sidewall damage. We only sell used tires that have significant tread life remaining (usually 60-80% life left).

How long does a mobile tire change take?

A single tire replacement or repair typically takes 30–45 minutes. A full set of 4 seasonal tires (on rims) takes about 45 minutes. A full mounting and balancing of 4 loose tires takes roughly 60–90 minutes. We work fast so you can get back to your day.

How much space do you need to change my tires?

Not much! As long as there is enough room for our service truck to park next to or behind your vehicle, and about 3-4 feet of clearance around your car for the technician to work safely, we can get the job done. Driveways, parking lots, and safe roadsides all work.

Can you balance the tires at my location?

Yes. Our mobile service trucks are equipped with professional computerized wheel balancers. We balance every tire we mount to ensure you don't feel any vibrations in the steering wheel when driving at highway speeds.

Do you install winter tires that are already on rims?

Yes, this is our most popular seasonal service! If your winter tires are already mounted on their own rims, we can perform a "swap," check the air pressure, and torque the nuts. It’s faster and cheaper than a full mounting service.

What happens to my old scrap tires?

We offer convenient tire disposal. If we replace your old tires with new ones, we can take the old, damaged, or worn-out tires with us to be recycled properly for a small environmental disposal fee.

Can you change tires on EVs (Electric Vehicles) like Teslas?

Yes. We are trained to lift Electric Vehicles safely. We use the specialized "puck" lifting pads required for Teslas and other EVs to ensure the battery pack is never damaged during the lifting process.
